ORGANIZATIONAL EFFECTIVENESS ASSESSMENT
OBJECTIVESOur Organizational Effectiveness Assessment process is designed to identify patterns of strengths and weaknesses, providing leadership teams with numerous examples of "on and off" target behaviors and opportunities for improvement and collaboration.
Our process embraces openness and trust, and explores the intrapersonal, interpersonal, and systemic dynamics affecting the team and individual results. We gain an understanding of the issues from data gathered through in-depth anonymous interviews and online surveys with the sponsor, key stakeholders, colleagues, cross-functional peers, and direct reports. |
BENEFITS
|
A DATA DRIVEN PROCESSOur rigorous data collection methodology creates a unique opportunity for executives in the C-suite to gain a broad view of the organization's current functioning, and provides a unique opportunity to address issues directly and define solutions.
The data collection process involves in-depth, anonymous interviews and online surveys with each member of the leadership team, selected members of their staff, and a small group of stakeholders. Each interviewee is asked to provide substantive feedback on what is working and not working within the division. Data is also gathered on each leader’s strengths and developmental opportunities. Questions are customized to address behaviors, skills, and competencies that are most critical to the success of the business and may include: communication, leadership effectiveness, execution of deliverables, client focus, alignment and cohesion, and decision making. Surveys are sent electronically to at least 50 employees deeper within the organization to further engage the employees in the process. |
The output of our data collection process is a set of comprehensive reports with candid and direct feedback. We ensure that the sources of the varied perceptions remain unidentifiable.
The Feedback Team Report and Individual Feedback Reports we produce, summarize the following:
