We are looking for energetic, results oriented, dynamic self-starters to join our growing team of Executive Coaches. Our team of Executive Coaches help leaders in medium sized and Fortune 500 businesses with their sales, marketing, management, team building and so much more. Most importantly, our senior consultants help our clients focus on improving their game and expanding their impact. We provide the training, systems, tools and methodologies. You will be working with clients to achieve the results they desire while overcoming obstacles and learning the power of mental toughness.
The ideal candidate for this role would enjoy helping others, have strong public speaking skills, sales skills and possess in-depth knowledge about what it takes to lead a successful business.
Working under the direction of the executive team, our Senior Coaches consistently strive to not only stretch themselves, but also support our consultant team. Our company's vision is to create an educated, empowered consulting force who challenge our clients to continually improve all facets of their business. Executive Coaches are accountable for developing leaders through tested coaching methodologies and sound business strategies.
Successful candidates must be quick learners and be able to develop a comprehensive knowledge of how our business model works; educating themselves on our training methods, the language we use, and the ways in which we inspire our clients to realize their vision. Flexibility is a must and the Senior Executive Coach will be expected to rise to the occasion on a regular basis. Candidates should have experience managing a team, demonstrate organization, strategic planning, teaching, mentoring, and coaching skills as well as being willing to travel up to 20% of the year.

Duties
- Coach clients on effective business and leadership practices over the phone, in email correspondence, and in person.
- Create an executive coaching and communication plan with each individual enrolled in the coaching program.
- Create reporting to track and measure their progress.
- Follow up with clients who have elected to participate in our coaching program to keep them motivated and focused.
- Maintain consistent messaging with respect to coaching practices.
- Conduct in-person and over the telephone interviews as part of organizational assessments and 360-degree feedback assessments for our clients.
- Analyze data collected, and produce professional executive summaries.
- The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or other related field
- Masters degree in Business Administration, Psychology or Human Development.
- Certified in MBTI, DISC, HOGAN assessments.
- Ph.D. and/or coaching certification a plus.
- Corporate experience in a mid-senior level position or past business ownership experience
- Sales experience and track record of success in a sales position; experience as a sales manager a plus.
- Candidate must demonstrate leadership, strategic thinking, collaboration, project management, problem solving, and change management.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, relationship management, influence/persuasion, and negotiation skills are essential.
- Must possess a passion for helping others succeed
- Excellent skills with computer applications including MS Office applications.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously without a decrease in effectiveness.
- Must be able to work effectively with employees at all levels within the organization.
- Must be a good listener with the capability to give and receive feedback, establish trust and rapport, see the "big picture", and be able to work in a team environment.
- Highly creative and high energy personality.
